Charge: Fully charge the burner before first use (approx 2 hours).

CHECK POWER LEVEL: Quick press the power button and the number of lights that show up show you the current power level

Open Outlet: Twist the cover counter clockwise to unlock it and lift it.

Add Incense: Place aluminum MESH screen on top of the heating element and then place the bakhoor on top of the MESH screen

Always place the bakhoor on top of the aluminum mesh screen. Leaving bakhoor directly on the heating element can cause buildup and create a fire hazard.

Close Outlet: Securely close the outlet cover by twisting it clockwise

Power On: Press and hold the ON/OFF button until the green light turns on (approximately 2 seconds)

Wait: Smoke will begin in about 3 seconds.

Power Off: The device automatically turns off after approximately 90 seconds of producing smoke. To turn it off manually before that, press and hold the ON/OFF button for 2 seconds.

Important Safety Warnings

    • Heating element can reach up to 700°C — do not touch while in use or immediately after.

    • Keep product away from children, pets, and flammable materials.

    • Do not use near water; product is not waterproof.

    • Do not drop, hit, or abuse the burner.

    • Only use the recommended incense materials; misuse may damage the device.

    • Never cover the product or block air outlets during use.

    •    Product contains Lithium-ion batteries — handle with care.

Battery & Charging

    • Battery Capacity: 8000mAh.

    • Charge fully before first use.

    • Supports PD 22.5W fast charging.

    • Can be used as a power bank to charge other devices.

    • Always use the provided Type-C charger or approved adapters.

    • Charging a completely empty battery takes approx. 2 hours.

    • Do not overcharge, use damaged chargers, or expose battery to high heat.

    • Includes battery protection mechanisms: over-current, over-voltage, over-discharge, high-temperature, and short-circuit protection.

Indicators & Auto Protection

    • Green light: Heating element on.

    • Green slow pulsing: Cooling down, heating element off.

    • Red fast pulsing: Error.

    • Red light: Charging.

    • Light off: Fully charged.

    • Automatic shut down after 30–120 seconds continuous operation or if internal temperature exceeds 90°C.

    •    Automatic 30-second cool-down after use.

Cleaning & Maintenance

    • Use the included brush and tweezers to clean chamber and mesh.

    • Do not use water or liquid detergents on the chamber or heating element.

    • Do not clean heating element directly.

    • Always switch off and allow to cool completely before cleaning.

Smoke, Fragrance & Sensitivity Warning

• Burning bakhoor and other incense materials produces smoke, airborne particles, and concentrated fragrance compounds.

• Use only in a well-ventilated area. Do not use in enclosed or poorly ventilated spaces.

• Avoid directly inhaling the smoke or holding the smoke outlet close to the face, nose, mouth, or eyes.

• Fragrance, smoke, natural resins, woods, oils, and other aromatic ingredients may cause irritation, sensitivity, or allergic reactions in some individuals.

• Individuals with asthma, respiratory conditions, fragrance sensitivities, smoke sensitivities, or known allergies should avoid use or consult a healthcare professional before using this product.

• Discontinue use immediately if you experience coughing, wheezing, difficulty breathing, throat irritation, chest tightness, dizziness, headache, rash, swelling, eye irritation, or any other adverse reaction.

• Seek prompt medical attention for severe symptoms, difficulty breathing, facial or throat swelling, or symptoms that persist after use has stopped.

• Keep the product away from infants, children, pregnant individuals, pets, and anyone who may be sensitive to smoke or fragrance.

• Never use while sleeping and never leave the burner operating unattended.

Usage Instructions

    1. Open the outlet, place incense inside chamber.

    2. Close the outlet and press the power button.

    3. Fan will push smoke out in pulses (3 seconds on, 2 seconds off).

    4. For best results, hold at 60° angle, outlet tilted upward.

    5. Do not overfill incense chamber; small pieces burn more efficiently.

    6. Replace incense with fresh pieces after each use.

    7. Smoke density depends on incense type and quantity.

General Safety & Storage

    • Store in a cool, dry place between 40–80°F (5–25°C).

    • Keep away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture.

    • Do not store in vehicles, garages, or damp environments.

    • Dispose of old batteries according to local regulations.
