Return & Exchange Policy

At The Oudyssey, we take pride in delivering quality and authenticity in every order. To ensure the best experience while protecting product integrity, please review our return policy below:
Bakhoor (Incense)
- All sales of bakhoor are final.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for bakhoor under any circumstances due to its consumable nature.
Incense Burner
- Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the incense burner is defective or if the wrong item was received.
- Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
- Clear photos of the issue must be provided.
- If approved, we will issue a replacement or refund.
- Minor cosmetic variations are natural and not considered defects.
How to Request a Return
Email us at sales@theoudyssey.com with the following:
- Full name
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos (if applicable)
Return Instructions
If your return is approved, we will provide the return address along with instructions. Do not send any items back without prior approval.
Refunds
Once a return is approved and received (if required), refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Please allow additional time depending on your payment provider.
Gift Orders
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, store credit will be issued in the form of a digital gift card once the return is approved.

- Used or unsealed personal care products
