At TheOudyssey, we proudly offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.


Shipping Process

  • Orders require 2–5 business days on average to process and ship from our facility.

  • During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take up to 7–10 business days.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information.

  • We only ship on business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.


Tracking

  • All orders are shipped with tracking numbers.

  • Tracking details may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.

  • If you have not received tracking updates after 5 business days, please contact us.


Deliveries

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days after processing.

  • Delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by external factors such as weather, carrier delays, or peak shipping periods.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • TheOudyssey is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once marked delivered by the carrier.

  • If your package is lost or damaged, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.


Wrong Address Disclaimer

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order.

  • Once your order has begun processing, we cannot make address changes.
