• How do I use the burner?
  Place a small piece of oud or bakhoor on top of the heating element and press the power button. The burner will release aromatic smoke for approximately 90 seconds. If the scent smells burnt, you can use the provided insulating sheets by placing one on top of the heating element before adding your bakhoor or oud. Using two sheets produces less smoke but offers a slower, more controlled burn with a longer-lasting and more subtle fragrance. Using one sheet provides a balanced experience between smoke output and aroma quality. For maximum smoke, place the bakhoor directly on the heating element without any insulating sheet — ideal for stronger resins, though more delicate bakhoor may burn faster. Click for instructions

If there’s an issue with your incense burner, please review our return policy below:

• If the unit is defective or damaged, it does not need to be returned in the original packaging, but it must be securely packed to prevent further damage during transit.
  
• We do not accept returns for:
  - Functioning burners
  - Damage resulting from misuse or mishandling
• If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please email us at sales@theoudyssey.com within 3 days of delivery.
  
  Include a photo of the item and the packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
