• Due to the nature of bakhoor, we cannot accept returns on any product that has been opened, used, or tampered with.
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the product is defective or you received the wrong item.
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please email us at sales@theoudyssey.com within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We'll make it right.
