• How do I use the burner?
  Place a small piece of oud or bakhoor on top of the heating element and press the power button. The burner will release aromatic smoke for approximately 90 seconds. If the scent smells burnt, you can use the provided insulating sheets by placing one on top of the heating element before adding your bakhoor or oud. Using two sheets produces less smoke but offers a slower, more controlled burn with a longer-lasting and more subtle fragrance. Using one sheet provides a balanced experience between smoke output and aroma quality. For maximum smoke, place the bakhoor directly on the heating element without any insulating sheet — ideal for stronger resins, though more delicate bakhoor may burn faster. Click for instructions

• How long does the battery last?
  One full charge provides approximately 40-50 cycles.
• How long does it take to recharge?
  Recharge time is about 2 hours using the included USB-C cable.

  Each cycle runs for approximately 90 seconds and can be repeated as needed.
• Is it safe to use indoors?
  Absolutely. It’s flameless, easy to use, and ideal for safe indoor aromatic experiences.

30-Day Burner Returns

If you’re not completely satisfied with your portable incense burner, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

The burner must be returned with all included accessories in the original accessory bag. For satisfaction-based returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Gift Sets

Gift sets include both bakhoor and a portable incense burner.

Because bakhoor is final sale, the full gift set cannot be returned. However, if you’re not satisfied with the burner included in your gift set, you may return the burner and all included accessories within 30 days of delivery.

Once the burner is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund for the burner portion of the gift set only. If a discount or promotional code was used, the burner refund will be prorated to reflect that discount.

1-Year Burner Warranty

Every The Oudyssey portable incense burner is backed by a 1-year limited warranty.

If your burner develops a manufacturing defect or stops functioning properly under normal use, we’ll provide a replacement burner at no cost to you.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by drops, impacts, water or liquid exposure, misuse, improper use, unauthorized modifications or repairs, failure to follow product instructions, or normal cosmetic wear and tear.

Bakhoor

All bakhoor sales are final due to the consumable and fragrance-based nature of the product.
